To say we really visited Malaysia would be an overstatement. Our southeast Asian honeymoon adventure was on a Malaysian Airlines airpass, so we passed through Kuala Lumpur often. In fact, as the timing of flights would have it, we spent Christmas Eve (and then flew to Hanoi on Xmas Day) and New Year's Eve at the fine airport hotel in KL. We spent one day wandering around KL. The jumpers started by leaping off a ramp at 979'. We could see them start running and then hurtle themselves off. They free fall about 4 seconds or so.
Then they open the chute and hope to arrest their momentum to maneuver to hit...
