2003 OTS Course: Las Cruces and Las Alturas |

My time with the course was the end of their course. We started at Las Cruces. The FFP I ran was to look at bird use of a regrowing pasture on the edge of primary forest, Melisa's Meadow. It is also the main field site of my buddy Fred Werner |

Jane, Tim, Brent and I got the pleasure of a 4:30 wakeup to get to the field before sunrise. |

But it was worth it, not just for the sunrise, but for all the birds we caught |
